  • An additional 40% is due within six months of signing the agreement, allowing for an extended payment period.
  • The remaining 20% of the purchase price is payable by the time of completion and handover of the apartment, making your final payment coinciding with your move-in date.

Terms and Conditions

  • Agreement Requirement: This offer must be signed as part of your Sale and Purchase Agreement with us.
  • Forfeiture Clause: If the buyer does not complete the full payment for the property, they forfeit any rental income earned during the period.
  • Liability Disclaimer: RSS Developers will make every effort to find a tenant for your property during the payment spread period. However, we will not be held liable if we are unable to secure a tenant during this time.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply to any refunds, including administration and management fees.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only possible if we successfully resell the property to another buyer. A refund will be issued minus any applicable charges for the period the property was reserved.
