Our Partners

The Partnership
The partners behind RSS are the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and Regimanuel Gray Limited (RGL). SSNIT is a statutory public Trust charged with the administration of Ghana’s National Pension Scheme. In line with the principles which dictate SSNIT’s investment policy, such as maintenance of asset value, job creation and development-oriented investments, SSNIT has undertaken a number of housing developments across the country.

With several awards in its name, and its core business in the planning and development of residential communities, RGL has, since its establishment in the nineties, been at the fore-front of housing delivery in Ghana and has provided a variety of quality homes, numbering over 3000, to a wide range of customers.

In response to the dire need for housing, especially in the Greater Accra Region, SSNIT approached RGL in 2007 with a view to forming a partnership to undertake housing developments on lands owned by SSNIT. A series of negotiations resulted, first in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties, then the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) in early 2009, and the subsequent formation of RSS.
